I have SharePoint Foundation 2010 installed on a windows 7 professional OS

When creating a or opeing a workflow I get the message:

"The list of workflow actions on the server references an assembly that does not exist. Some actions will not be available. The assembly strong name is Microsoft.SharePoint, Version=14.0.0.0, Culture-neutral,PublicKeyToken=71e9bce111e9429c. Contact your server administrator for more information."

I have checked and the GAC has the required assembly - browsing the SharePoint site works fine

Please assist if you are able?
